Actual property is arguably the most valuable asset of all, and mistakes made during the attempted transition of property from one owner to the next can be ultimately disastrous. In order to determine the value of real estate a licensed real estate appraiser who has been licensed by the state is required. Since one can be pretty sure that the licensed real estate appraiser gave an accurate appraisal of the given property, it must be understandable that the only mistakes will come from the translation of the appraisal.

Patient translators and editors are a crucial factor in the translation of real estate. Often our clients would like real estate translations done on a massive scale. By this we mean the translation of more than 20 (usually much more) properties. While some buildings may be on one piece of property and the report contains a lot of repetition which may be good to drop the overall translation price down, it can be easy for editors to read the first sentence and assume it is a repetition from before and skip over the rest. This is a major “no-no”. Though it may not be often, changes in the facilities, equipment on site, amounts, numbers, etc. do occasionally occur and it is vital to catch those changes before sending the finished product back to the client.

And for the final icing on the cake, Samurai Translators is partnered with an American licensed real estate appraiser who does the final proofreading and makes sure there are no mistakes when translating the project into English. When the translation is from English into another language, our appraiser will help us for the duration of the project to make sure everything goes smoothly.
